Specificité: This antibody recognizes keratin polypeptides with molecular weights of 59, 58, 56, 52.5, 56.5, 54 and 45 kD, which correspond tocytokeratins 4,5,6,8,10,13 and 18.

Purification: Concentrated.

Immunogène: Keratin fraction isolated from cultured cell line A-431, epidermoid carcinoma of vulva.

Indications d'application: IHC (FFPE): 1:50-1:100 (Requires high temp. antigen demaking, 10 mM Citrate pH 6.0 boiling tissue for 10-20 mins. followed by cooling at RT for 10-20 mins or protease digestion).
Western blotting: 1:100-1:400
Immunoprecipitation.
Staining Procedure: This antibody can be used on frozen tissue sections and on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections. The antibody may be used at a dilution of 1:50-1:100 in IHC, with High temperature antigenic unmasking technique predigestion is recommended with this antibody when using paraffin-embedded tissue sections.
